Happy Wednesday! It finally showed up, after weeks of waiting, Fall finally came! And it feels so good! I'm already happier, lol! My favorite thing about fall, besides the cooler temps, comfy clothes, oversized sweatshirts, and sweatpants is the jackets!! I love being able to wear jeans, sweatpants, or leggings with a basic t-shirt and throw on a jacket and your entire outfit is transformed by the jacket! Sharing a few of my favorites to keep you warm and stylish this fall!
So I like to buy pieces that will last forever, those classic pieces that will never go out of style no matter what the trend! The first one is the trench coat, I have had mine for about three years and it still looks brand new. I make sure to follow the care labels and I never let my stuff go in the dryer. It's always dry flat or line dry!! Here is another one and here!
The next is a denim jacket, I have had this lighter version for a couple of years now, I also have a darker one. Currently, the lighter version is trending a little bit more, but they are both great options to add to any outfit! The perfect jacket to throw on with denim, joggers, skirts, dresses or leggings!

The field/utility jacket is another one that is staying around! I've had mine for probably five-six years!! Great to add to denim, skirts, and leggings! Mine is old, linked similar here, here and here
This next one I consider a jacket, the classic blazer! If you have not tried one, you must!! Such a great piece to have to add to jeans, pants, skirts, and dresses! I have had a basic black blazer for 7-8 years, the only way I would need to replace it is if it starts to fade. My first one was an investment blazer that I still have and wear, but I just found this option from Target if you are wanting to just try one out at a more affordable price!
Last, but not least, one of my current favorite jackets! The moto jacket, I just got this one for our anniversary, so it is an investment piece! This jacket I will have forever and it will just get better and better! It is so soft and buttery! I love the edgy look and how you can wear it with jeans, pants, skirts, and dresses to completely change the look! Another option here, here and here
