Mother's Day is fast approaching and I am always struggling to give Nate ideas. He is very good at picking out great gifts, except fot the time I got a new sweeper, lol. Well in the end it turned out to be one of the best gifts ever!! But you know what I mean, sometimes getting useful things aren't always things I want to receive all the time. Here are a few ideas I would love to get or have gotten, some are useful and some are things I would enjoy getting;)
So yes, the sweeper was the best gift ever, because we use a sweeper at least twice a day and this cordless one is so convenient! We have it mounted in our laundry room and I love that the kids can grab it and sweep really quick after meals or messy feet!
He also got me this steamer, which has turned into something I use on a normal basis, even the kids can use it! And it's small enough it doesn't take up too much space for stroage.
So I diffuse oils all the time and am always looking for a new diffuser to have in various rooms. This diffuser got great reviews and I like that it has a larger capacity tank, to let the mist go all thru the night. But I also like the look of this diffuser and a review compared it to a young living model that I have. It is a little pricer, but I like the sleek modern look of it. Maybe I need both, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom, lol:o
I have actually posted about this a few times, but it is pretty awesome! I can't keep herbs alive over the winter, this has been amazing! No soil, choose your plants and you never have to remember to water, it blinks when it needs more water! It's the Aerogarden!!
Ok on to some fun beauty items!! I found some really great gift sets from Nordstrom. I have seen a lot of people post about these Le Labo fragrances, I love how they have a little set to try them all. By the sounds of it, I would like all of them! Plus, be great for traveling.
I actually got this Chanel set over Christmas, it is so good if you like to get your nails done. I have ladies that take Chanel nail polish to the salon to be used on their nails. Chanel polish is so good, beautiful colors and it stays on! Plus the red Chanel bag is worth it, you can use it to store your makeup essentials in your purse or travel bag! And the hand cream is so hydrating!!
My favorite lip balms ever, by Lanolips!! They are so hydrating and all of these colors are amazing, what a great buy plus you get a FREE gift with the purchase with this set!
My favorite hair oil that I have talked about numerous times is by Gisou, it leaves my hair so hydrated and helps with frizz. Plus, it's the only oil that doesn't weigh my fine hair down!
My favorite body wash and body lotion is from Molton Brown, love the pink pepper scent! They have it in a gift set and offering 2 day free shipping!
My favorite lightweight robe is from Plum Pretty Sugar, they have so many cute ones!! I have the sweetheart robe, it's so pretty, you do have to wash in gentle cycle and hang to dry.
And last, but not least, jewelry! I love to receive jewlery that turn into pieces I wear all of the time! Nate got me this piece and I love it, simple and classic from Lagos. And if all else fails, you can't go wrong with chocolate and flowers:)
